What is the cancellation/no show policy?

Since your service is reserved specifically for you, I do have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Depending on the service, typically I book up a few weeks in advance. When an appointment is missed or simply forgotten, the opportunity to fill that spot is missed. This is why I require a credit card prior to all appointments.

Any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hour notice is subject to 50% charge. Any appointment canceled with less than 5 hours notice is considered a no show and subject to a 100% charge.

What kind of payment methods do you accept?

I accept most major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. I also accept SpaFinder . SpaWish, and SpaWeek gift cards.

What is your return policy?

Products need to be returned within 30 days with receipt for a full refund. After 30 days, products are non refundable. Unfortunately, gift certificates and gift cards are non-refundable.

I have an old Urban Day Spa gift card/certificate. Can I still use it?

Of course! All Urban Day Spa are still valid and can be used on any treatment, gratuities, and products!

What kind of facial do I need?

Skin care isn't (and should never be) one size fits all. Everyone has different skin so each and every facial is designed to fit each and every unique skin type. I recommend choosing a facial that you think suits your skin best and we can discuss and design a skin care treatment and routine that fits you perfectly.

How long should my hair be to be able to get waxed?

Body hair needs to be 1/4-1/2" long. Facial hair can be a little (but not much) shorter.

Is there anything I should know before waxing?

If you are currently on antibiotics or any medications that cause sun sensitivity such as Acutane, you will not be able to be waxed. You must be off antibiotics for a month and Acutane for a minimum of 6 months. Please call about different medicines. Retinol use must be discontinued 2 weeks prior to waxing appointment.
